How to add Live chat plugins ?

Navigate to Integration ➝ All ➝ Live Chat ➝ Live Chat Settings

There are a few types of categories in Live Chat configuration.

Now let's see how to enable live chat for your app using the above categories one by one.

01. LiveChat

Step 1. Add LiveChat Integration Code

  1. Log in to your LiveChat account and go to Settings > Channels > Website

(If you do not already have an account create one from here)

2. Then, click on Copy code.

3. Paste the code into your website in this area.

Navigate to Integration ➝ All ➝ Live Chat ➝ Live Chat Settings ➝ LiveChat

Step 2. Enable Live Chat for your app

Navigate to Integration ➝ All ➝ Live Chat ➝ Live Chat Settings ➝ LiveChat

Finally, click on the Save button to save the changes.

02. Tidio

Step 1. Add Live Chat Integration Code

  1. You can find your unique Tidio javascript code by heading over to Settings > Channels > Live Chat > Installation section.

(If you do not already have an account create one from here)

2. Copy the Tidio Javascript code to your clipboard

Click on the blue copy button to add the JavaScript code to your clipboard.

3. Paste the code into your website in this area.

Navigate to Integration ➝ All ➝ Live Chat ➝ Live Chat Settings ➝ Tidio

Step 2. Enable Live Chat for your app

Navigate to Integration ➝ All ➝ Live Chat ➝ Live Chat Settings ➝ Tidio

Finally, click on the Save button to save the changes.

03. Tawk.To

Step 1. Add Live Chat Integration Code

  1. Log in to your Tawk.To account Click "Admin"

(If you do not already have an account create one from here)

2. Copy the Widget code under the asset section on the right.

3. Paste the code into your website in this area.

Navigate to Integration ➝ All ➝ Live Chat ➝ Live Chat Settings ➝ Tawk.To

Step 2. Enable Live Chat for your app

Navigate to Integration ➝ All ➝ Live Chat ➝ Live Chat Settings ➝ Tawk.To

Finally, click on the Save button to save the changes.
